Fruit salad

Make this fruit salad in advance and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving to let the flavours combine. You can vary the fruit to the seasons and to your liking.

What you will need:

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 melon
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g pomegranate seeds
  • 60 ml fresh orange juice
  • juice of 1/2 lime

Method:

1. Prepare the fruit

  • Wash, peel, core and chop the fruit as appropriate
  • Combine in a large bowl

2. Pour over the juice

  • Mix the orange juice and juice of half a lime
  • Pour over the fruit and mix

3. Refrigerate and serve

  • Chill for a few hours before serving
